How It Works

Ten monthly tournaments decide one thing: who represents Aces Cracked at the 2027 WSOP Main Event.

Points are awarded by finishing place at every game, to every player at the table — members, honorary members, and alternates alike.

Your net total

The season standings are ranked on net points — your total minus your 2 lowest scores. The vested member with the highest net total becomes the Club Representative.

If there's a tie

A tie-breaker tournament is played immediately after the final points game: 12,500 chips each, 20-minute blinds, no breaks. Play continues until one player holds every chip, or two hours pass — then chip count decides.

Eligibility

Vesting

Members, honorary members, and alternates earn vesting status by playing or paying in at least 8 of the 10 scheduled games. Vesting is what makes you eligible to be the Club Representative and to share in a Main Event cash.

Paying ahead of an absence

Know you’ll miss a game? Pay your buy-in in advance and it counts toward vesting. You’re awarded 10 points for that game.

No substitutes

You may not send someone to play your seat. When members are out, the tournament director calls alternates from the waitlist.

On top of the buy-in

The money may only be used for the No-Limit Hold'em Main Event — not other WSOP events.
The representative must play the Main Event on behalf of the club, or forfeit all prize and travel money.
If they can't play, the seat passes to the next-highest vested member on net points, and so on down.
If the representative cashes, they keep 50% of the amount cashed; the other 50% is split evenly among the other vested members.
Taxes, tips, and personal expenses are each member's own responsibility.

A little over half of each month’s pot is set aside for the year-end grand prize and the Top-18 Free Roll. The rest pays the top 9 finishers that day.

Add-on money splits

Half of all add-on money pays out in the current month. The other half goes to the year-end tournament.

No chopping

Deals are not permitted in points tournaments — play it out. The only exception is the year-end Top-18 Free Roll, where no points are awarded.
